This Hotworx is amazing! The studio is always spotless, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. I always feel comfortable and cared for every time I come in. It’s clean, professional, and motivating — I couldn’t ask for a better place to work out!

Elizabeth and Payton are the best!
What stands out most is how encouraging, helpful, and positive they are. Whether it’s a quick hello at the front desk, an explanation of how to get the most out of a session, or just a small conversation, you can tell they genuinely care about their members.

I highly recommend this location not only for the workouts, but also for the amazing people who make it such a great environment!

Absolutely love HOTWORX! It’s my 4x a week fix that I cannot live without. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Elizabeth that works there. She always has a smile on her face while helping guests with their needs and answering all the questions. She also puts in the extra effort to keep the place clean which is so appreciated. That’s so important at a gym but especially HOTWORX. Keep up the great work Elizabeth!!

First see Mrs Anon review - it’s accurate. I’ve neglected making this review because I wanted to give the studio a chance to address issues. I travel for work, have been to 5 states and 15+ studios over the past year. This is the WORST and unfortunately my closest location. Having issues? Ask the people at the front desk who seem interested in what you’re saying then don’t have the ability to make changes. I finally asked when the owner will be in the studio - turns out she doesn’t have a regular schedule for coming in. Makes sense. Went so far as to get the owners email, sent her an email of the issues I’ve noticed over several months at the studio - rowing room had only one operating machine, one cycle room completely out of use, 2 bikes in the other cycle room out of order (leaving only one functional bike in the entire studio), lights not working in blast room, door jammed, etc etc. The owner didn’t even dignify my email with a response but magically some of these issues were fixed later that week after weeks of complaining to multiple staff members! There’s also no contact card for a manager or owner. When I have tried to call the studio during work hours I could not get a response. In my email I also asked why this studio specifically was the only studio that did not have challenge cards, then FIVE challenge cards were put out for the ENTIRE studio which were quickly filled. I’ve since left two notes on the desk asking for more challenge cards and of course no response.
This studio is not up to par with any other studios. Then to find out the other location in ft worth is also owned by the same owner is disappointing.
These are images I’ve colectes over the months of issues I’ve found note that some of these have been resolved.

Update 2 2025 update 1 out of 2 bathroom is not working. Bike cycle Sauna has been out of service for more than two week. Seems like this gym is slowly going downhill..

Update 1: they have since updated the door lock system, and it's been better to get inside.

It is a good gym; however, it has some flaws. The door always seems broken, and you can’t get in. Since we signed up around May, it’s been a recurring issue on and off. It’s advertised as 24-hour, but if you can’t get in when there is no staff there, what’s the point? Moreover, it has no space for everyone, especially during the week, which is super busy and cramped in the walkway. Also, people don’t follow or request workouts in the app; they show up and don’t care if you reserved it or not. I might have to cancel, even though I love the sauna and workouts combined.

Took my first class today, fan for life. Detox and a great workout for 15 minutes. Can’t beat that. So many different classes and if you need more you can do yoga or something after a cardio workout. They have weights and exercise outside of the sauna as well. Weston was a great help! Ask for him!
