⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience
I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM today, but when I arrived, I was told the appointment “did not exist.” They added me as a walk-in for 4:30 PM, so I waited patiently.
While waiting, the receptionist told me it was “too soon” for me to get Botox. I explained clearly that the area I wanted treated (my frown lines) had not been injected in over 4 months. After speaking to the provider, they apologized and asked me to wait again.
At 4:15 PM, I was taken to a room—only to be told again that it was too soon for Botox, based on injections I received in a different area two months ago. I explained the situation again.
At this point, I had already waited nearly 40 minutes just to be told I could not receive treatment.
This is the second time I have been checked into a room and then denied treatment without proper communication beforehand. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand clinical reasoning, but the lack of organization, communication, and consistency is unacceptable.
Very poor experience. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.
