⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM today, but when I arrived, I was told the appointment “did not exist.” They added me as a walk-in for 4:30 PM, so I waited patiently.

While waiting, the receptionist told me it was “too soon” for me to get Botox. I explained clearly that the area I wanted treated (my frown lines) had not been injected in over 4 months. After speaking to the provider, they apologized and asked me to wait again.

At 4:15 PM, I was taken to a room—only to be told again that it was too soon for Botox, based on injections I received in a different area two months ago. I explained the situation again.

At this point, I had already waited nearly 40 minutes just to be told I could not receive treatment.

This is the second time I have been checked into a room and then denied treatment without proper communication beforehand. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand clinical reasoning, but the lack of organization, communication, and consistency is unacceptable.

Very poor experience. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had the greatest experience with Emily! She treated my skin like it was her own and truly went above and beyond during my session. Highly recommend her if you want someone who doesn’t rush the process and really delivers!! Can’t wait for my next session 😊🥰

I had an amazing experience with Emily for my laser hair removal! She was incredibly professional, kind, and really paid attention to detail throughout the entire session. My injector is Maddie, she’s absolutely the sweetest person ever. Paid attention to all my concerns I had and my past experiences with filler. She gave me such a great consultation and made me feel at ease with each procedure. I experienced almost little to no pain and all. I now feel beautiful and refreshed. I highly recommend going in and seeing her, you will not regret it!!
