For a heated studio, the space itself is clean and well-circulated! The vibe feels inspired by a Tulum, MX all-inclusive resort with an emphasis on its aesthetics - ambient lighting, salt rocks, fresh candles/incense, and neutral tones throughout.
Workouts themselves (I mainly take Pilates Sculpt) are challenging and well-paced. Instructors repeatedly offer modifications and/or amplifications, making this studio accessible for all fitness levels.
If you're a former dancer/someone who loves instruction rooted in mind-to-muscle-connection, you'd love Holly. For those wanting a class that's demanding yet you leaves you feeling refreshed and nearly meditative by the end, book with Allie!
Add'l pros:
- Mat/towel rental included w/ membership
- Members can book far in advance via app (~30 days)
- Clientele feels more diverse, and therefore inherently more welcoming, than other studios in DFW (race, ethnicity, fitness level, etc)
- Multiple parking lots with validation
- Instructors often check clients in and always offer to answer questions after class, creating a more personal and communal feel
Feedback:
- No reformers, no non-heated formats, no non-sculpt style classes. Classical pilates isn't an option here; not a dealbreaker for me personally, but just an FYI! A reformer room was teased to be opening in late 2025 when they were pushing memberships, but socials haven't provided updates
- Ankle weights: 3lbs each can feel heavy for a newcomer! Also, frequent use of clothbound weights + back-to-back classes has caused them to smell. Suggest bringing your own or opt out of using them altogether
- Floorboards in the room are starting to warp in 1-2 areas. Get there early to find a spot so you're not stuck on an uneven surface
- There are only 2 yoga classes offered per week; one of them with an 8:30pm start
*Still offering 5 stars because I've loved my overall experience here and often bring guests who also enjoy the ambience, workout, staff, location, and clientele!
