I’ve been going to Milk and Honey since 2022 and I’ve been so grateful for their service. Their membership is worth it! The front staff is always friendly no matter who the individual is. The facilities are always clean and the atmosphere is amazing.

Most importantly, the massage staff is great! Sky, Paula and most recently Cassie have been great! I felt with many injuries and they’ve been able to help me with recovery!

I love this little getaway spot. The staff is kind and professional. The robes and amenities are private and cozy.

John O. is absolutely wonderful for massage therapy!!! After having some health issues this summer, John provided lymphatic massages and offered me helpful suggestions on healthy practices and stretches to do at home. All were so beneficial. Thank you.

Cassie did an amazing job during my 60 min prenatal massage! I have had many prenatal massages during two pregnancies and this was by far the best! She first and foremost voiced that the priority is always baby so if anything felt wrong to let her know. She really got deep into the muscle and the pressure was firm and just how I like it. I came in with pretty bad sciatica pain and left feeling relief. 10/10 recommend her, she absolutely knew what she was doing!

My masseuse (Joanna) was amazing! She listened to my preferences perfectly, and made the prenatal massage completely comfortable. The facility in and of itself is my favorite to go to. I like getting there with plenty of time beforehand to sit and read in the beautiful oasis of a lounge in my comfy robe, and enjoy tea, snack, and gratitude notes. Joanna utilized hot wash cloths for my feet and back during my prenatal massage that felt heavenly. Afterwards, I always enjoy using the facility’s shower and steamer. The lotions and shower products offered always make me smell like a spa as I leave. Truly always such a relaxing, great experience. I love asking for a gift card to this spa every year for Christmas!

I just had surgery last week and treated myself and my mom to a wonderful 120 minute massage. The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing! John O was absolutely wonderful and made me feel very comfortable! Tatiana was an excellent therapist and very friendly. We will definitely be coming back!
