The staff takes care of the clients as if they were family. No one is rushed, attention is properly shared throughout the class. Well done!

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis more than 40 years ago. My disease began to progress so about 20 years ago my neurologist recommended I start training with Travis Ehrhardt. I have no doubt that Travis and Mindset with their positive and encouraging approach have helped me maintain independence and quality of life I can't say enough good things or recommend enough the wonderful services offered whether online or in person. I'm thankful and feel so privileged to benefit from Travis and other trainers like Rosie and Mary even though I live in Dallas and not Fort Worth. I ❤️ Mindset !!!

I have been associated with Travis and Mindset for about 20 years. Travis is not only very knowledgeable about MS but he is passionate about helping those of us with MS. He listens and makes adjustments as needed. He genuinely cares about his clients.
I live in Dallas and Travis lives in Ft. Worth yet he comes to Dallas to train clients with MS He began coming to my house about 20 years ago to train me until he set up a Mindset room at the MS Society where several of us with MS went weekly to exercise. He provided lots of equipment that would be beneficial to us. Not only was it a great place to exercise but it was a place where we could bond and relate to one another's MS issues. Travis cared about that being a byproduct of the exercise program. He trained other people to work with us when he couldn't be there and they were excellent. He couldn't always be there because He was starting an MS Gym in Ft. Worth. When he did show up, we were always happy to see him. He has a great sense of humor and made us laugh.
After 2020 everything changed. Mindset was closed at the MS Society, his MS Gym closed and home training stopped and it wasn't until about 2022 that home training began again and he started coming to my home 2X/week.
Travis has taught me many things that have helped me as my MS has progressed. From the beginning, he taught me how to breathe more effectively. I can hear him in my head now when I try to get up...take a deep breath and as you stand up, blow it all out. The same with exercise...take a deep breath and then blow it out with exertion. Just that has made a huge difference. Also with his Mindset philosophy, he has taught me to always use my good side first to do the exercise, to picture in my mind the muscles working and how it feels as well as picturing my clothes as I'm doing the exercise and then replicate that on my bad side.
As Travis' client list has grown along with his Mindset business in Ft. Worth, he needs help to get it all done. He has hired and trained wonderful people to do what he does. Each one that I've met and who have come to my house to train me are A+ quality trainers.
I have had MS for about 44 years and I know I would not be as strong and doing as well as I am doing if it hadn't been for Travis and Mindset.
He is loved by all his MS clients and he is doing what he should be doing. I would say he has found his calling!

Travis and his staff are extraordinary! I never do more than I can, but am encouraged to keep moving and doing new things. For example, Tai Chi; I have never done it, but it was wonderful. And the adaptive chair yoga is the best! I would recommend Mindset to Everyone!!
