I was hopeful to find a new salon after moving to this area and the reviews online were good. This was the most unsanitary nail salon I’ve ever been to. For my pedicure, the tools were not sanitized and were loosely in the technicians box. The exfoliating tools were not sanitized prior to, and they just dipped it in the water to clean it off before putting it on my feet. At literally every other nail salon I’ve ever been to, I’ve never been charged for getting my nails and feet done at the same time- I was charged an express fee without being told. The guy doing my nails turned to cough mid session, covered his cough with his HANDS (no gloves) and then grabbed my hands and kept working. I was in shock. Final top coat flooded my nail beds, sloppy French pedi, polish smeared and top coat on my skin (tried to attach pictures to show). $100 total. Here’s to hoping I do not get a staph infection after this session. Please do not go here if you are looking for a sanitary session and hidden fees.
