I’ve been practicing yoga for 30 years, but had never tried Kundalini yoga. I’m so glad I did! I leave every class feeling rejuvenated in body, mind and spirit. And I can say the same about the Hatha and Yin yoga classes there as well. The studio has a welcoming and relaxed vibe, and the teachers are very knowledgeable and attentive, offering modifications for all ability levels. Raja Yoga is by far the best yoga studio I’ve ever been a part of.

I booked a meditation and sound bath class here through ClassPass with a friend. The class itself started off well, and we were excited for the sound bath portion. We used the blankets and weighted beanbags provided by the studio while lying down as instructed. Unfortunately, during that part of the class, I felt something bite me. Later, both my friend and I discovered multiple bites all over our bodies including my eyelid.

I’ve tried reaching out to the studio to report what happened and express my concerns, but I haven’t received any response. It’s really disappointing to have an otherwise relaxing experience turn into something so uncomfortable and concerning. At the end of the class, I couldn’t help but notice everyone returned their resources to the shelves, and I didn’t see any sanitation being done. Did I use unsanitary products? I hope the studio takes this seriously and inspects their materials for pests. In the meantime, I wouldn’t recommend using the provided items or attending until this is resolved.

What a beautiful day at RAJA yoga! Coming from Granbury to visit this studio was so enjoyable. Spent the morning in kundalini class with Kevin Summer and then the afternoon in Naad Meditation with April and Kevin… just amazing!!!

I love this place! Kari Rollins D.O., the first yoga teacher in Ft Worth, has opened her new Kundalini Yoga (& more) studio, & it’s so great to practice with her again! They’re having a great intro discount for a while, & it’s the best way to relax & work out in the same session anywhere in town that I know of. You can do it on zoom but I love finally being in-person again! Highly recommended!
EDIT Well my dear friend Kari passed last year but Kevin Sapp has turned Raja into the top rated studio in town. The daily numerous offerings, including Kundalini & Hatha Yoga, are a steal at the monthly membership price. Look up their website! 5 stars isn’t enough
