Spenga is a great workout! I get to see all of my spin stats in the app after each class, which shows my progress and improvement. This keeps me motivated through cardio (and I hate cardio in all forms). I love that you pick your weights/difficulty for the strength exercises and the instructors are great at explaining and demonstrating what you are doing each time.

Until coming across SPENGA, I had a hard time finding a workout that I thoroughly enjoy. SPENGA combines all of my favorite workouts to create an hour full of movement, empowerment, and enjoyment.

I’ve been coming to SPENGA for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it’s the best workout. The format is genius — 20 minutes of spin, 20 of strength, and 20 of yoga — and it keeps every session fresh, balanced, and anything but boring.

I love how each class hits cardio, strength, and flexibility all in one hour. It’s efficient, effective, and really motivating. The energy in the studio is always high, and the instructors bring such positive vibes that it’s hard not to leave feeling amazing. They’re great at challenging you and pushing you to do your best!

If you’re someone who gets bored easily or doesn’t want to commit to just one type of workout, this place is a total game changer. Highly recommend giving it a try — you won’t regret it!

Life changing experience. Never thought I would be a "work out guy" but being in my 40s after just a few short months I have lost 25 pounds, 3 pant sizes and never felt stronger. Highly recommend!

I love the variety SPENGA offers! Their tradition classes of cycle, strength and yoga is of course my favorite. Having the yoga at the end is a great cool down and stretch session after the workout. I’ve also enjoyed the strength only and yoga only classes.
