I’ve been coming to SPENGA for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it’s the best workout. The format is genius — 20 minutes of spin, 20 of strength, and 20 of yoga — and it keeps every session fresh, balanced, and anything but boring.
I love how each class hits cardio, strength, and flexibility all in one hour. It’s efficient, effective, and really motivating. The energy in the studio is always high, and the instructors bring such positive vibes that it’s hard not to leave feeling amazing. They’re great at challenging you and pushing you to do your best!
