I had an exceptional experience at The Gents Place. The haircut itself was outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve had. The stylist paid close attention to detail and made sure I walked out looking and feeling sharp.

But I have to highlight Alo at the front desk. Her service was truly sensational. She welcomed me with warmth, offered beverages with effortless professionalism, and carried herself with an attitude that made the whole place feel elevated. Her contagious laughter fills the room and creates an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Honestly, she’s a huge part of what makes The Gents Place such an unforgettable experience.

My first experience was great. A few months after signing an annual membership things started to change. Front of house staff had consistently struggled to provide basic levels of customer service. Lately, they’re rude. I should never leave an appointment feeling like an inconvenience. I’ve felt this for a few months now and am now persuaded that this establishment cares more about money than they do about their patrons. It’s more of a money grab than a place for gentlemen. At this point I’m considering counting my remaining appointments as a loss, cutting ties and taking my business somewhere else.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. The staff was attentive, well-prepared, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the service. The haircut was precise and tailored to my style, and the extra touches—like the hot towel and overall relaxing environment—made the experience feel elevated and worth it.

First up, scheduling was really easy. They do require a credit card up front but that’s pretty normal these days. On arrival, check in was quick and easy. They have a bar type area once you enter and each appointment entitles you to 2 complimentary beverages. The shop is very welcoming and has a relaxing atmosphere. The barber chairs are really comfortable and I really felt at ease.

Eddie gave me an awesome haircut and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to relax and get your hair cut.

Ashley at the Fort Worth location did a phenomenal job cutting my husband's long hair and trimming and shaping his big beard. My husband had been growing his hair for over 2 years, and the ends had become unhealthy and easily tangled. His beard was 6 months long.

I got him the 5 course service and a beard trim add-on. I showed Ashley a pic of how I wanted his beard, and she nailed it after asking a few questions for clarity. She made good suggestions for his hair length and did a great job getting it to a healthy length while maintaining his masculine appearance. She was gentle and knowledgeable and took her time to complete the services, and still got us out within good timing. My husband and I both were pleased with the results, and he especially appreciated that she had good conversation with no excessive chatter to allow him to enjoy the experience.
