I had my haircut at a different place. It was a catastrophe. I looked like my goldendoodle the time he was sent home from the groomers with half a haircut because he was behaving badly. My hair looked OK from the front, but back was a hot mess. It was ridiculously uneven, strangely hacked off in places, and did not match up with the sides of my hair. It was absolute butchery. It was so bad I was actually ashamed to be seen in public. As soon as I got home,I called the Toni and Guy salon and said I was in desperate need of a haircut. Fortunately, they had an opening. An angel named Helena came to my rescue. It took considerable time, but she fixed that nightmare cut and gave me something truly beautiful. I have never had a better haircut.Never. With great gratitude, I left a $50 gratuity.
Five stars are not adequate for this stylist. Helena is a genius with magic in her fingers.

I am extremely disappointed with this salon and their front desk employee, after being a customer for years I will not be going back and I would not recommend to any of my family and friends. I made an apt got the number from online that clearly said I was calling Tony and guy LEFT BANK, the left bank phone number directs you to the salon in CLEARFORK without letting you know. I get to my apt early the left bank T&G is not there is a smoothie place now. Mind you the website says they are still open and in business, I call the left bank salon the girl who answered her name is Alix, explained I am extremely confused as to what is going on that I am here for my apt , she says I made the apt at clearfork location I said I can not make it to clearfork. I said I need to cancel she went ahead and told me she was going to charge me the no show $50 fee, when I asked to speak to a manager she said “ you can’t talk to anyone but me , the managers are either busy or not in the building so their NOBODY you can talk talk to but me, the employee Alix was rude and showed 0 empathy towards my situation, everything I said her response was “I’m still going to charge you the $50 no show fee because you wasted the stylist time, i told her what about my time? I also paid my babysitter so I could be here to my apt, she said we are still going to charge you regardless. is not fair I was charged the $50 no show fee when I was there early to my apt! It’s sad to see this business literally stole money from me.

I am in town from Orlando. I needed a haircut and called in the morning. I was in with Belinda by 11. They were very accommodating and helpful as to give me addresses as I do not know my way around. I told Belinda my concerns and what my goal for my haircut was. She nailed it, explained what she was doing and how she was going to achieve what I was looking for. To wrap this up. I am a hairdresser and my first place I worked was a Toni & Guy. Can not help myself if one is in the area and can get an OG haircut.

Teecy was very unprofessional, I asked for white blonde hair, my hair was lighter than this when i came in, she made me orange and did not let bleach sit long enough because she wanted me to come back and pay for another session. (what i am realizing now is that she just did not want to complete my hair because she wanted me to come back and pay again ) when the bleach could of been left in for the correct result i left with orange hair (worse than the hair i came in with) she let the bleach sit in my roots for 20 minutes and only left the bleach on the rest of my hair for 10, resulting in 2 different colors. my roots were the color i wanted and the rest of my hair was orange. Even while she was doing my hair i noticed my hair was 2 completely different colors, i mentioned how i didn’t like it. she didn’t care and wanted to do it her way. she then blamed my body heat for making the color difference. then i was crying it was so bad she said i could come in for her to fix it. she told me to go to her other location 45 minutes away from me, so I spent time and money ubering to her second salon on the same day. I went and as soon as she left the bleach in it was the light color i wanted. yet tried to make me pay 100 after i already paid for the service. I did not feel as if i should pay again as if she just messed up my hair and left it 2 different colors the first time. i offered her half of the 100 she wanted after i already paid 210. and Teecy told me i wasnt allowed back because i was unhappy with the first time she did my hair. I still have to go to another salon to fix this. i will not be coming back to this salon very unprofessional. Not nice workers very sketchy. My hair was already light blonde, it was very obvious she didn’t want to do what i was asking for. This resulted in teecy banding me from 2 salons

hopefully she doesn’t not continue to treat customers this way and dose what the client is paying for instead of what she wants to do.

pictures below demonstrate what i received (orange) #1 what i asked for (the white hair) #2 picture

I was happy with my first set of highlights from Teesy, but when I went to get them retouched, I asked her to match all my highlights to the brighter pieces in front. She did not indicate that this would be a problem. She did the coloring and toning, someone else washed my hair, and someone else cut and dried my hair. I was very happy with the cut, but immediately noticed that none of the other highlights were matched to the bright pieces in front and, worse, there were super brassy, Orange spots. She tried to fix only the exactly spots that I pointed out and said it was due to the dark dye I had before. I had not colored my hair in 4 years— so there was no “dark dye before.” When I got home, I noticed several more orange patches, inconsistent color, and worst of all—obvious brush strokes. I was going to give her a chance to fix it, but it’s so bad, I honestly don’t trust her to. Please see pictures.
