I had the privilege to get my nails done by Emma and B! They treated me more like a friend than costumer. Lovely ladies!! I loved my experience here and my nails and pedi are amazing. I just gave birth and I’m glad I picked the right place to come and relax. 5 STAR SERVICE

I have been going to West7 for nearly two years after having bad experiences at several other nail salons. I am consistently pleased with my service. I began with the gel7x but now I only get the builder gel as my nails are healthy now and grow quickly. I travel 40 mins to my gal Helen and she always does a great job. She knows me so well that all I have to do is show her a pic of what I want and she brings it to life.

They deserve all 5 stars and beyond!
I’m beyond happy with my experience! From setting up a same-day appointment to getting in during my lunch break, everything was perfect. The front desk ladies were so nice and helpful. Kimberly took amazing care of me — she recommended Gel-X for my thin, damaged nails, and I absolutely fell in love! I don’t remember the last time my nails looked this beautiful. Thank you so much to West 7th Nail Bar and Kimberly — y’all are amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅💖

First time coming here.. was looking for a place to pamper grandma.
She got a mani/pedi and was very satisfied with the service.
They are more pricey in comparison to others around the area. With the establishment was cleaner and more parking. Also more places need to have Senior Specials 💅

Aside from we were happy with the service and outcome.

⭐☆☆☆☆

I came to West 7 Nail Bar hoping to fix a poor set of nails I received at another salon for a meeting I have in the morning. I was on the plane to Texas and looked for
The best nail salon in Ft Worth and if sent me to West 7.
Unfortunately, my experience here left me even more disappointed. The end result was not what I had asked for, and I left with nails in worse condition than when I arrived.
Nails weren’t shaped so they are a mix of flat, bumpy, uneven and without an apex.
One of my nails didn’t even get a second coat of gel, which left it looking uneven and unfinished. When I mentioned that it wasn’t what I wanted, the response, from the owner was simply, “oh sorry” — and the focus quickly shifted to the next client who had just arrived. I felt rushed aside, with no effort to make things right and they still charged me full price.

I truly believe nail services should leave clients feeling happy and more confident and cared for, and I didn’t feel that way after this visit. It started out hopeful and incredibly positive and went south after that. I now have wasted 3 hours and 150$ for two sets of bad nails. I hope the salon will take this as feedback to improve consistency, communication, and quality so that future guests have a much better experience. A refund would be even better and incredibly appreciated as i will nee have them done again.
