The Sinclair Hotel team had a wonderful end-of-year celebration at this venue. The event coordination with Kelsey was excellent—timely, professional, and very accommodating. On the day of the event, our group of 40 employees was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the evening. The food was outstanding and perfectly timed for our arrival. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality and look forward to hosting future events here.

We recently hosted a nonprofit fundraising bowling tournament at Bowlounge and could not have asked for a better experience.

From start to finish, their team was organized, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. We had over 100 guests in attendance, and everything ran smoothly — from check-in to food service to bar support. The staff was attentive, friendly, and proactive throughout the entire event.

The space itself is perfect for corporate or fundraising events — energetic but still easy to network and connect. The food was great, the service was efficient, and our guests had an incredible time.

We are so grateful to the Bowlounge team for helping us make our first (hopefully annual!) tournament a success. We will absolutely be back.

Anna was excellent. She was super friendly and very outspoken. She helped me decide what i wanted to order food wise and kept checking in on us to see it we were good. She also rooted me on while i won the games. Definitely recommend coming here in the evening with your family or loved one the environment is great!

This was such a great place to go bowling. We went here for an after our work event and we had three or four lanes. The place is very nice lots of room upscale kind of rustic vibe. The staff is super friendly and the food was really good. We bold for a few hours. Had a great time. I would highly recommend checking this place out whether it’s a date night or just night out after work, it’s worth it.

Allie was the absolute best you could have. I would only ever come back because her service was over the top.. she was attentive .. personal.. she made it more than just a visit. She made it an experience.

I booked three lanes for my group of college students to celebrate a major achievement for them. We got the wings and French fries and the assorted desserts. When we arrived, they already had pulled our shoes so we could start bowling immediately and because there wasn’t anyone next to us, they gave us a fourth lane! The service was excellent, getting everyone’s drinks quickly, and being very flexible with our large group. They were super understanding of our Hu get college kids and gave us an extra tray of wings. The food and drinks were delicious and the party went off without a hitch. Everyone at Bowlounge helped everything run smoothly. We had a great time! Highly recommend!

My college cheer team had a team bonding night planned at another place that was canceled last minute. I called Bowl Lounge FW and if they had any availability for 20 people and I was told to come and they will work it out. We got there, the staff was awesome and had 4 lanes, soft drinks, and appetizers waiting for us! My team really loved the staff and said we should come back for every team bonding night. TxWes Cheer will be back!

I hosted my husband's Birthday Bash. All guest first time attending. We all had Blast. Our hostess was very attentive. Food and Drinks were good! Everyone keeps asking when is the next event there.

Waitress didn't tell me I had been charged automatic 18% gratuity for my party of 7. Gratuity was based off of my total before my veteran's discount which is also incorrect. It was not posted anywhere that there was an automatic gratuity for a party over a certain size. We were charged extra for French fries with our hamburgers. We were charged extra for seasoning on our tater tots when they charged us for a specialty tater tots. I left an additional tip not knowing I had already tipped. This place is a total money grab. Fried cauliflower is amazing. Great times minus the misinformation.
