I was so ready to give this place a five star rating and come back tonight...The music was GREAT and everything..I'm visiting from NYC and it was not explained to me that a 150 dollar hold would be put on my credit card..I have two holds pending for 75 each attached below...I was literally by myself and I just had 2 drinks which just total 33 dollars...I even gave my waitress a 20 dollar tip cash...My point being is that your waitresses should inform ppl that a large hold would be placed on their account and would take up to 3 to 5 business days to come off. The only thing she asked me was if I wanted to start a tab and of course I said yes. (thank goodness I didn't get a third drink because that probably would have been another 75 dollar hold ) I had to literally call the place this morning to explain to me...I thought someone hacked my account...Had I known that I would have definitely Paid as I drank in cash....Very poor customer service ..totally ruined my experience here and this is too awesome of an establishment....Thank GOD I'm ok financially but that might not be the case for everyone especially since this was the weekend and not a business day so my wait is longer to come off

Went last night for the 2nd time, 1st was over 5 years ago. Atmosphere was great. No unruly people. My only issue was, they clear drinks too fast. If it's policy to clear what they think is an open table, provide little signs to indicate a patron is coming back. Especially when you charge $8 for a damn beverage in a can. I looked several times for information on cover charge or suggested parking. I parked in the wrong garage $$$$ Saw one cover charge for a specific event, but not last night. Lesson learned. I still had a great time. Just be advised.

We did our Galentines day last night at Studio 80 had such a fun time. From the time we entered we were greeted by a young man in a cowboy 🤠 hat with a baby face just the cutest thing then the next cowboy Jason made us laugh with is goofy joke about price of entry was a smile what a goof. The place is huge 3 different dance areas great lighting music was fantastic and took me back to fond memories. The energy there was so positive. A guy who he joked was coincidentally named Guy gave us a quick tour as if he worked as tour guide at a museum we had no Idea Demi Moore had came there. He said that was a measure of the level of comfort and confidence people had in the security at studio 80. He told me in honesty the club asks patrons if they have a good time to take a moment and write about their experience and if he and the staff hadn’t been working so hard to make sure I was having fun I’d be done writing. Patrick told us it was his first time ever tying out being a server I think he did great 😊 we laughed watching him carry his try like it would break at any moment. But he also took time out of what he was doing to intervene in an argument. I don’t know what he whispered to the guy but it almost looked like the guy wanted to kiss 😚 him was just an amazing time. So here is your review Patrick he asked me to mention the Bailey and April also because in a short time they taught him enough to feel comfortable. My only NEGATIVE thing is the bathroom situation is horrible the line never ended. We will be returning and now we know about the bottle service and the colorful culture of the Studio 80 team.

I first heard about Studio 80 through my mom, who told me it was a great club and right up my alley music-wise. I decided to check it out on my 21st birthday—and I’m so glad I did. I had an absolute blast. The atmosphere was electric, the music was on point, and the overall vibe made the night unforgettable.

The service really stood out. The bartender with the short blonde hair in the smaller room was amazing and super generous—she took great care of me and my parents all night. I ordered a tequila sunrise and wow… absolute perfection. Hands down one of the best I’ve had.

I loved Studio 80 so much that I went back twice more—once in December and again for New Year’s Eve—and each visit was just as fun as the first. The energy, the crowd, and the consistency make this place a must-go. If you’re into this type of music and want a fun, welcoming club with great drinks, Studio 80 is definitely the spot. 💃🪩🍹

My husband and I went last night for the first time after researching and our love for 80s, 90s and 2000s music. This place has the right idea but it could be so much better. The dance floors in both rooms are a little small. The 80s was what we were more hyped up to check out as this is the name of the club and we were really disappointed in the music selection that was played. There’s better 80s music played on the radio. There were only a handful that were pretty decent out of the 3 hours we were there. There’s so many big names and top chart songs that weren’t played. It’s like the DJ wasn’t even trying. The 90s and 2000s was pretty good but they might as well rename it the hip hop room instead. We definitely won’t be getting drinks again if we come back like we did, it was almost $200 for 10 rum and cokes! I did my research and read the rules on the dress code and as we entered there was a guy that was really mad at them because he was wearing flip flops cussing them out. The staff didn’t get out of line at all like I’ve read from other reviews. I personally think the dress code made it classier. The staff was all extremely nice, just got really slow as they got busy.
Let me start by saying. This place was a trip...

I'm a Boston boy born and raised. If you're from Boston and are now a Gen Xer, you know what Lansdowne Street and Kenmore Square was like in the 80's. (Spit, The Ratskellar,(aka "The Rat") Narcissus, and so many others...

Well my Wife and I found Studio Eighty in Fort Worth TX recently. In Texas for the birth of our 4th Grandson. We got one night off from watching the other 3 for some dumbfuckery. It was Friday night, ladies night. Ladies got in for free. While I had to wait in a short line to get in, the second I did it was a freakin trip... I was time warped back to the 80s on Lansdowne Street.

The music was 80s (dance) rock and disco. After we got our drinks and got our bearings. We couldn't help it... straight to the dance floor.

It was a mixed crowd. Kids in their mid 20s all the way up to a couple cougars that looked a few years older than me. (I'm 56). The dance floor was never empty in the 2 hours we lasted out there, while we were there. This DJ was awesome but he also made me laugh with the 80s spiked hair and Mullet. Just simply awesome.

If you're ever in Fort Worth Texas, you have to find this place even if you don't dance the music was great, the drinks were decent for the prices.

But it was a straight step back in time for a lot of "Dumbfuckery" to be had.

But as always, don't take what I have to say. Go try it yourself make your own decisions. But most of all, have fun with friends because that's what its all about.

✌️🤘🤙

This is a super fun atmosphere. I actually like the hip-hop bar better than the 80s but the 80s was super fun. Parking sucks because it’s downtown. Fortunately I work downtown so have a parking pass. This is a cool place. Drinks are a little expensive but that’s OK. It was fun.

Wow, this is definitely the best dance club in Fort Worth and maybe North Texas. If you were in Dallas in the '90s and early 2000s, the dance club scene was great especially in Dallas.

This place has two dance clubs, an '80s themed, and a '90s themed dance club.

The DJ was amazing, the music choices in both clubs were awesome! This place boasts an amazing lights display, an incredible sound and audio!

I didn't experience this, but most of the guys who wore ball caps were asked to remove them prior to entry, so fair warning don't wear a baseball cap. They do keep them in the coat check room for you though.

Studio Eighty is a fully immersive 80s-themed nightclub that nails the retro vibe. With two rooms, disco lights, and old music videos streaming on large screens, they’ve put together the perfect throwback experience. There’s even a glowing LED dancing man and costumed dancers who make appearances throughout the night, adding to the nostalgic energy.

The crowd here is full of people who genuinely love 80s music and hip-hop, and the best part? Almost everyone is respectful, which really sets this place apart from other clubs. If you’re into the 80s scene, this is definitely your spot—everyone’s on the dance floor having a great time.

Personally, it’s not my kind of place, but a lot of my friends absolutely loved it. It’s a great pick for themed nights, group outings, or even retirement parties if you’re looking for a fun blast from the past!
